The problem
Yes, its a great app when it works. Unfortunately, I have been locked out, my credentials voided, for no reason several times recently--despite being a fully paid up NY Times home delivery customer who should have access as part of her subscription. Last time I was locked out for 10 days! It took 24 back and forth emails for me to finally speak to a human being who corrected the problem. In summary, good app, terrible customer service.
